Paper Board Oil duct/grid is made by bonding transformer board sticks onto insulating paper or single-coated diamond dotted paper. 
It provides duct for the flow of the cooling oil in layers and strip winding in power transformers.
The Diamond Dotted Paper, alias such as: Epoxy adhesive diamond paper, Diamond Dotted Presspaper, Double sided Diamond Pattern Paper, DDPP, DPRCP, D. D. P, DPP, Diamond Dotted insulating Paper, Varnished Paper, etc.
