The performance characteristics of electrical MGM insulation paper:
1. Heat resistance level: Class F (155℃)
2. MGM polyester film glass cloth insulation composite material has good mechanical strength and dielectric properties.
3. 6020 polyester film has high dielectric properties, tear strength and tensile strength, and good impregnation properties. The high-density polyester fiber non-woven fabric bonded to the outer layer can improve the mechanical strength of the film, maintain good flexibility and further improve the heat resistance and thermal stability of the product.
The application of electrical MGM insulation paper:
MGM polyester film is used for slot insulation, liner insulation and turn-to-turn insulation in stator windings in motors and appliances. At the same time, it is also used for interlayer insulation, end seal insulation, and liner insulation of dry-type transformers.
