Tensioning device and automatic ranking system with stepless width adjustment enables coils to be winded tightly and evenly.

The machine is controlled by PLC controller. Counter has automatic counting and power off memory functions.

Tailstock of the winding shaft can move horizontally and vertically. It features quick locking, convenient loading and unloading of the coils.
