Shearing unit is electrical driven and equipped with precision linear guide rail to ensure high precision and minimumburr.

Shearing blades are in carbide with long endurance.

Steel strip feeder and winder run synchronously, which improves working efficiency by making continuous shearingpossible.

Touch screen with human-machine interface (HMI) makes it easy to operate the winding machine.Each weight of the wound core is compensated automatically by electrical control system.Width adjustment of the steel strip is stepless regulated.
