ZPT-3T body assembly platform is a special equipment for the assembly of amorphous alloy core transformer (amorphous transformer) body, which can meet the requirements of oil immersion and dry amorphous transformer assembly. It changes the traditional assembly technology of distribution transformer body. The winding is pre-placed on the lifting platform of the assembly platform. The axis of the winding is horizontal, and each single frame core penetrates the inner hole of the winding horizontally. On the assembly platform, the processes of iron core closure, binding and closure, body insulation assembly and clamp fastening are completed. In the process, the assembly table can easily adjust the position and height to meet the assembly requirements of different steps.
