Equipped with robotic arm stacking function, CTL(D13)-250 cut-to-length robot line is a special equipment for manufacturing small&medium sized transformer lamination.
Features:
Using stacking robots to replace workers to stack lamination precisely and rapidly. Continuous working and intermittent maintenance to ensure stable productivity.Closed core or without yoke core can be stacked.
Robots connect with cutting line control system and all stacking data can be transported to factory production office.
For long lamination two robots can stack same one transformer at same time. For short lamination each robot can stack 2 to 5 transformers separately up to the typeof robots.
