Mainly used in the manufacture of transformer strips. Each time, It can produce 10 to 20 strips with smooth surface, which is five times efficiency of ordinary strips processing machine, material utilization increased by 20%.This equipment is composed of frame, lifting beam, dust cover, feeding drive wheel, upper and lower chamfer blade shaft, front and rear side guide mechanism, upper and lower knife, front and rear locking mechanism, and up and down locking mechanism, adjustment mechanism, control panel and other parts.

Characteristics
The machine has the special design to separate the slitting from chamfering process, which makes the strips produced have small width and thickness tolerances and without burrs. The slitting cutter and the chamfering cutter are separately set in order to make the edges more round and smooth. The combination of several vacuum holes and the dust collecting bag on the cutting platform could fully remove the dust generated during the process, and the sandpaper wheel and the brush wheel can also better remove the burr and dust.
