Introduction:

EMD/EM are special expandable mandrels newly designed for winding transformer coils. They are compatiblewith both vertical and horizontal winding machines.

It has electrical driving mechanism. Its spokes can be expandable to change diameter of the mandrel.

It features rational construction, wide expanding range, quick demoulding and easy operation. EMD expandable mandrel is compatible with both vertical and horizontal winding machines, making it space-saving.

EM expandable mandrel features rational construction, compact design, great rigidity and self-lock and precision dimension.

The diameter of EM expandable mandrel can be adjusted manually or electrically.

Second layer of spokes can be mounted on the base mandrel to achieve wider expanding range and higher circular degree of the mandrel.
