How to make Insulating paperboard cylinder?

The production process of the insulating paperboard cylinder has six steps: "cutting- milling groove- moisturizing- rounding- gluing- pressing", which is a pretty complicated operation. Any problem during the process will affect the quality of the insulation cylinder. The paperboard cylinder made by our company has no oil immersion process, and the cardboard is very hydrophilic. The shrinkage rate of the cardboard increases with the increase of the moisture content of the pressboard, which has different effects on the longitudinal, transverse and thickness directions of the pressboard. Therefore, when deciding the precise dimensions of the processing workpiece, it must be taken into account the change of the cardboard shrinkage rate. The change in the size of the insulating cylinder requires more accurate calculation.
