Introduction:

This is a special equipment for the assembly of amorphous alloy core transformer (amorphous transformer) body, which can be used to assembly both oil-immersed and dry-type transformer. It changes the traditional assembly technology: The winding is pre-placed on the lifting platform; The axis of the winding is horizontal, and each single frame core penetrates the inner hole of the winding horizontally. On this platform, the processes of iron core sealing, body insulation assembly and clamp fastening are completed. During the process, the position and height of the assembly table can be easily adjusted to meet the assembly requirements of different steps.
